We all desire more energy. We want to stay in control and feel good. We desire zest where we approach life with energy and purpose. I know first hand what it is like to struggle with years in pain, discomfort and fear having been involved in a horrific car accident that nearly left me crippled.

Unfortunately, there is a gap between wanting to be well and the everyday reality of living with the mental and physical demands that create bad stress, out of control over eating, loss of resiliency and promised goals that look like unfulfilled New Year’s resolutions.

As your Wellness Coach, I help you get un-stuck and take action.
We work together to change behaviors such as over eating, inactivity, loss of resiliency and lack of self-regulation. Small changes can have big results!
