Injury and Recovery Training

Breast Cancer survivors need specific exercises to overcome stiffness, numbness, tingling, weakness and loss of motion due to the effects of surgery and treatments.

I have spent a great deal of research and education to create specific individualized fitness plans. My goal for each and every person I work with is to help you live your life with confidence, strength, power, energy and passion.

Strength, Power & Movement Training

Core Strength and Flexibility is not only a major component of fitness but also impacts how we move in life. Pilates based exercises stretch and strengthen our muscles. Strong abdominal muscles are considered to be the very core of body strength, stability and alignment. Our abdominal muscles can protect us from low back pain and enhance every movement whether it is normal activities of daily living or sports/athletic performance.

Sedentary lifestyles have decreased our flexibility and core strength and increased back pain, curved posture, spinal compression and low energy.

My Training Program “Strength, Power & Movement ” will improve your:

My background as a life long orthopedics patient proves extremely valuable in my work with many individuals who have not exercised, are fearful of becoming injured or re-injured, or recovering from joint replacement, shoulder and spinal injuries.

My expertise includes fitness training with specialties in strength, conditioning and rehabilitation and simple nutrition plans to change bad habits.
