I know first hand what it is like to struggle with years in pain, discomfort and fear having been involved in a horrific car accident that nearly left me crippled.

As I began my rehabilitation and was experiencing continued setbacks my emotional spirit was also suffering  – Many days I felt defeated and invisible.
