When the weather isn’t nice out you can always schedule family fun time indoors! There’s several ways like rock climbing, ice skating, or even at home activities like musical chairs. Of course when the weather is nice as a family you should get out and maybe have a pick up football game or go for a walk around your neighborhood. If you’re feeling adventurous you can take a day trip with the family to go hiking as well.
Being active is not only beneficial to you, but also being active improves your children’s memory and thinking skills. Make sure to schedule all of your activities regularly to keep you and your family healthier both physically and mentally!
